At Luxe & Shine, we pride ourselves on crafting fine jewellery of exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and secure returns process to ensure your experience remains seamless.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most jewellery pieces provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The jewellery is in unused, unworn condition
- All original packaging, certificates and accessories are included
- No signs of modification, resizing, damage or wear
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Engraved pieces
- Items altered or resized after purchase
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To begin a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a secure return address
- Ship the item using a tracked, insured service to ensure safe transit
Returns must be safely packaged to avoid damage. Luxe & Shine is not responsible for jewellery lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another size, colour or style, our team will gladly assist. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
